A short note is enough to start: the tax year in question, whether it concerns preparation, an IRS notice, or planning, and the best number to reach you. If you received an IRS letter, keep it nearby when we call so we can walk through it together.

We read every message during office hours, Monday through Friday, 8am to 5pm. Simple questions get an answer by phone or email. Larger matters get a short call first so we understand the facts, then a written quote before any work starts. Starting prices are listed on the pricing page; they are starting prices, not an official quote, since actual situations may vary.
When to call instead of writing
